We offer in unit laundry to our guests. We provide a starter kit of laundry detergent and stain remover. We have an iron and ironing board, pool towels, and a baby gate for the stairs.
There are 2 pickleball courts at the front of the neighborhood that our guests are invited to use.
We have both a drip coffee pot and Keurig 2.0 which is in the pantry. We provide coffee, creamer, sweetener, and an assortment of teas.

We have 2 pack-n-plays, 2 high chair attachments, all the dishes you will need for little ones, and a toy box upstairs and in the living room.

This corner unit is located next to visitor parking in the middle of our resort style neighborhood.

We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer. When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away. Feeling adventurous?
